Well, if Jane Alexander made me feel like a sloth on a bad day then Poppet simply makes me a lumpen lard-arse set in stone! She is amazing and dedicated to the nth degree. If we aim for a fraction of her work ethic then we shall be better writers for sure.

I’m just driven. I’m compelled, I cannot rest – who knows, maybe I’m supposed to die young and it’s a subconscious thing to get as much done as fast as possible in the time I have left? You never know
